Will I be able to share my postcard design with someone else?
Yes! There is a share button so that you can share any of your saved designs with other members! This tool is so that we can collaborate and share ideas together and also so we can easily send the same postcard out if we choose!
Will you have greeting cards available?
Yes we will! We have invested a lot of time and money into this program so we want to ensure that enough people will use it. If we see a high level of interest we will add a greeting card option.
Can we use this software to send emails and letters?
Yes! You will be able to send letters and postcards right away. Once again, we want to see the level of interest before we add additional items. If all goes well you will also be able to send emails and even brownies to anyone!!!
What will the cost be for postcards?
Most software like this require a monthly fee and/or contract in order to maintain access. This helps ensure the developer a minimum amount from each customer each month so that they can budget enough support staff as well as plan for expansion of the software. We wanted to make this easy and as affordable as possible for everyone to access so we eliminated the monthly fee and contract. You will simply purchase credits which are worth $1.00 each and come in packs of 15 or more. Standard postcards are 1 credit, so they cost $1.00 which includes your own account which allows you to customize and automate, a pre-loaded address book that you can add contacts to, the ability to save and share all of your creations, double-sided color print on a thick glossy postcard which protects it from getting smudged or ripping in the mail, postage, and mailing! You can send one postcard at a time and the rest of your credits will remain in your account until you are ready to send more!
Will there be training on how to use this software?
Yes! We will have a variety of video tutorials available to help walk you through all of the software features. We are trying to keep the software as user-friendly as possible!
Will there be an app?
At this time we don't have any plans to develop an app, however, we are trying to make the website mobile user friendly!
Will there be 24 Hour Support?
Even I have to sleep....sometimes! If you have questions or concerns, we definitely want to help you out. Please keep in mind that we are a small business working with a small software company to bring this software to our Movement. We don't have a ton of staff that would allow us 24 hr support. We will have a support ticket set up that you will be able to submit if you have any questions or concerns. Please just give us a little time to get back to you. We certainly appreciate your patience! If there is an URGENT problem with the software, like it is down for some reason, please put "URGENT" in the subject and we will address it asap! Again, we really appreciate your patience in the event that there are ever any problems!
